Programs and Services Operations Lead

The Programs and Services Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of administering Programs and Services to AFLPA members. This role provides operational expertise on delivery whilst ensuring appropriate compliance and driving the best possible outcomes for AFLPA members. Additionally, the role oversees the technology that supports the evaluation and efficient functioning of programs and services.

Legal Counsel

The purpose of the Legal Counsel role is to advance, advocate for and protect the interests of AFL and AFLW players, both individually and collectively, through the provision of legal advice to the business and membership groups.

The purpose of the Data Analyst role is to support the delivery of analytics and insights across the AFLPA business in line with the AFLPA’s strategic objectives. This includes using internal and external data sources to build greater understanding of the experience and needs of AFLPA members (current and past AFL and AFLW players), the effectiveness of AFLPA programs and services, and analysis to support the delivery of broader business objectives.
