AFL players and fans from all 18 clubs have joined together to congratulate retired champion Chris Judd on an outstanding career.

Judd, 31, made the announcement on Tuesday after rupturing his ACL in the first quarter of Saturday’s game against Adelaide at the MCG.

Lance Franklin, Luke Hodge, Nathan Jones and Nick Maxwell were among those to congratulate Judd on his 279-game career with West Coast and Carlton.
