Through a partnership between the AFL Players’ Association and Timberland, North Melbourne’s Nick Dal Santo, Sydney’s Josh Kennedy and Gold Coast’s Jaeger O’Meara have been announced as state-based ambassadors for the international footwear, clothing and accessories brand.
Dal Santo, Kennedy and O’Meara have each showcased the diverse Timberland range through exclusive editorial campaigns/photo shoots in their respective home cities over the past two weeks.

Sydney-sider Josh Kennedy is excited to be a part of the partnership between AFL Players’ and Timberland.
“I’m stoked to be named an ambassador for Timberland alongside great guys like Jaeger and Dal,” he said.
“Timberland have such a diverse range of great footwear, apparel and accessories which are ideal for off-season travel, as they mix style with practicality and comfort really well – I’ll definitely be packing mine for my trip to Colombia in October.”
Timberland’s General Manager of Marketing, Deena Colman, says Timberland are thrilled to have joined forces with AFL Players’.
“Nick, Josh and Jaeger are great ambassadors for Timberland and the game, and we are excited about our partnership with them and the AFL Players’ Association leading into the summer season,” she said.
“The boys fit well with the Timberland ethos and were already fans of the brand so the alignment was a natural progression for us. Timberland is all about the outdoor lifestyle so ties back well with the AFL too.”
