The AFL community is mourning the death of former West Coast Eagles rookie Michael Mascoulis.
The 20-year-old Victorian died in a car crash on Friday.
From the Northern Knights, Mascoulis was selected with Pick 15 in the 2012 rookie draft, but was delisted after one season with the Eagles.
Mascoulis continued to play with WAFL club, West Perth, but returned home after the 2013 season and had recently signed with VFL side Port Melbourne.
Several former teammates paid tribute to Mascoulis via social media.
